Registration will take place at the Chapultepec Dormitory
Lobby which is located on the west side of campus. Maps to the
dormitory will be sent to all applicants on receipt of deposit and
application form or you can click the blue Icon below.
Due to supervisory
problems arising from early check out and leaving camp during the
session, this will NOT be allowed in 2008. If you cannot complete
the entire camp session from start to finish, then we ask that you
not register this year. It is a supervision nightmare to keep track
of players being picked up for dinner and leaving early for vacation.
You have our apologies if this changes your plans but the safety of
the campers is our highest concern.

non-refundable deposit is required with all applications.
Once
your deposit and application is received, an information booklet
will be sent to all parents by EMAIL.
Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive something within
2 weeks of sending your application.
Please understand that this
DEPOSIT is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE
after JUNE 1st, 2008.

INFORMATION
Day Campers arrive at 8:30am and are to be picked up at 9:00pm
each day at the front of the Dormitory. They are provided lunch
and dinner only, no breakfast.
PLEASE
UNDERSTAND THAT DAY CAMPERS WILL
NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE TO OVERNIGHT CAMPERS
AFTER CAMP HAS BEGUN.

REMAINING CAMP FEES
The remainder of the
camp fee is due no later than
July 1st, 2008
Failure to remit the
remaining payment by the above due date will result in a
$25.00
late fee assessed at
check-in.
Any remaining fees not received by
July 10th, 2008
will forfeit their
position at camp and lose all deposits.
