We want you happy
each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent
you, let us know. We'll issue you a refund, replacement,
or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized
or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we
guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in materials and
workmanship. If they’re not, you may return them
to us in their
original condition for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. And
we'll be friendly about it too with no hassles -- that's our
commitment to
customer service excellence!
Our Return Policy
For a full product
refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your item(s) to us
within 15 days of when you receive them and in the original
condition (please, no worn or washed items). We will not reimburse
the shipping costs to send an item back. Please include a copy
of the invoice you received with a note indicating if
you’d prefer
an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why
you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and
service.
Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a
manufacturing defect or
an order processing error will incur normal
shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.
Keep in mind that
personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged
for any reason.
We do recommend that
you return products to us insured. The United States
Postal Service
will insure your package to guard
against loss. If something happens in transit and the package
doesn't get
delivered, we cannot complete a refund.
Cancellations and
changes must be made by close of the same business day you place
your order.
Our Refund Policies
Summer Camps...
We offer full refunds for our summer camp for
anyone and any reason until July 1st
of the current year. After July
1st, the deposit of $365.00 / $450.00 is non-refundable, as it is paid to the
University to secure your child a place to live while at camp.
After
July 1st, all monies will be refunded except the specific camp deposits.
Before July 1st - Full
Refund
After July 1st - Partial Refund minus the Deposit
One day prior to camp start - NO REFUND of any money.
This goes for all Great Western Summer Boys Camps, Summer Girls
Camps, Shooting Camps,
Face-Off Camps, Defense Camps & Goalie Camps.
Indoor Leagues...
We offer full refunds for anyone for any reason
up until the second day of play
each year. If you play in the second
game, there is no refund. There are no
refunds for any reason after the second session.
Tournament Refunds...
We do NOT offer refunds for the
Tournament Team deposit of $375.00 at anytime.
We do NOT offer housing and
tournament fee refunds after June 1st,
of the current year.
