TEACHING CAMP REGISTRATION INFO
TEACHING CAMP DATES
July 18th to July 22nd, 2012
TEACHING CAMP FEES
$575.00 - Overnight Camp
$500.00 - Day Camp
ELIGIBILITY
Boys ages 8 to 18, all levels of
experience are eligible for this camp.
REGISTRATION BY MAIL
A $375.00 Deposit is required with all mailed Applications. A
confirmation Email will be sent on receipt of your application
and fee
detailing remaining fees and paperwork still outstanding.
You can print the required form by just continuing on the camp tour. The
address to send your forms and fees is listed at the bottom of this page.
ONLINE
REGISTRATION
You can register by credit card online as we accept MasterCard
and Visa. A confirmation Email will be sent on receipt of your online
payment detailing the remaining fees and paperwork still outstanding. Please be
aware that a small service fee is added
to the price of camp if paid online
by credit card.

INSURANCE
FEE
If you are not a member of US Lacrosse, you will need to pay an
insurance fee of $25.00.
US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP
We recommend that you become a member of
US Lacrosse as the cost of the
membership is only $25.00 for youth ages 15 and under who are not in HS
and $35.00 for high School players 18 and under.
The membership will cover his
insurance
for any off season program you enter, for one year.
Plus you get Lacrosse
Magazine!

If you are a member and you don't
know your number and expiration date...they are both located on the mailing
label on
the front of any copy of Lacrosse magazine you have
received with
your membership.
DAY CAMPERS
Day Campers check-in at the same
time as overnight campers. The day campers will arrive each subsequent day at 8:30am at
the dorm and can be picked up at 9:00pm from the dorm. Day campers will be
issued a key to a day room that they can use between sessions
to store their
belongings and rest. They
pick up their key at the camp store each morning
and return
it each evening.
AIRPORT
TRANSFERS
We offer an airport transfer service for a roundtrip cost of
$40.00. The one way cost is $25.00.
If your son will be flying in for camp and you need us to pick him up and/or
drop him off, just fill out
the travel form and submit a fee of $40.00/$25.00 with
your paperwork.
We will take care of it.
PARENT
PARKING FOR GAME DAYS
We will be selling parking permits in
advance to parents wishing
to watch their son play in the games scheduled during camp. Games begin on
Friday evening, they play games all day on Saturday and finish with games on
Sunday morning. The cost
for the three day parking pass is $25.00. If you
choose not to
buy the parking pass in advance, you can purchase hourly
passes in parking structure #5. The cost is $2.00 per hour.
The Campus
Police patrol the structure at all times so failure
to display a parking
pass of some sort will result in a ticket.
