We would like to secure a space in the 2012 Great Western Sun
Smash Memorial Lacrosse Tournament, on July 13th, 14th & 15th, in
San Diego California. We are aware that this tournament is for under-15 teams. We are aware that their are deadlines for sending
paperwork and fees and will abide by them and If we are having trouble meeting
any of the deadlines, we will contact the Tournament Director immediately
to discuss options. We are aware that all fees and paperwork must be in the
hands of the tournament no later than June 15th as that is the cut off day to
secure housing from the University. We are aware that all players, assistant
coaches and chaperones who are staying in the dorm must pay a fee but the Head
Coach stays for free. We are also aware that we must have at least 1 coach to
every 13 players for supervision staying in the dorm. We are aware that it is
mandatory that all players from a team must stay in the dorm.
We are submitting a non-refundable deposit check for $380.00 to secure our space
in the tournament. We are aware that this deposit can be applied for two
assistant coaches lodging fees or one 2 partial player lodging fees should we complete the
registration process for the tournament.
