We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll issue you a replacement or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they’re not, you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt credit or exchange. We do not give refunds for any equipment or apparel, only store credit or exchanges.
REFUND POLICY - EQUIPMENT & APPAREL
We offer exchanges or store credit for items only. For store credit or exchanges, please return your item(s) to us within 10 days of when you receive them and in the original condition (please, no worn or washed items). We will not reimburse the shipping costs to send an item back. Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange or replacement. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we cannot complete a refund. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.
REFUND POLICY - ALL SUMMER CAMPS
We offer full refunds for our summer camps (except the Goalie Camp) for anyone and any reason until June 15th of the current year (Goalie Camp deadline is June 1st). After June 15th (June 1st), the deposit of $400.00 is non-refundable, as it is paid to the University to secure your child a place to live while at camp. After June 15th (June 1st), all monies will be refunded except the camp deposit.
Before June 15th - Full Refund
After June 15th - Partial Refund minus the Deposit
After July 10th - NO REFUND of any money.
This goes for all camps
COVID-19 Refund Policy - If the camp or Spider Team does not happen, all monies will be returned in full. The deposit of $400 will be non-refundable after the University gives the all clear to have the camp and we move forward with accepting deposits. We will then go back to our normal refunding policy.
REFUND POLICY - INDOOR LEAGUES
We offer full refunds for anyone for any reason up until opening day of play
each year. If you play in a game, there is no refund. There are no refunds for any
reason after opening day.
REFUND POLICY - SPIDER TOURNAMENT TEAMS
There are no refunds for any reason once you pay your fee to play for any Spider Tournament Team, if you make the team. Full refunds will be granted if you do not make the team.
